- The "Services" encompass all proprietary retail performance modeling, dashboard access, and market research reports.
Our Analytical Mandate
We provide high-fidelity retail performance metrics through a combination of proprietary algorithms and verified market inputs. In the world of sales analytics, accuracy is our currency.
Platform Availability
We aim for 99.8% uptime for our digital hubs, excluding scheduled maintenance windows designed to update regional consumer data sets.
Methodological Integrity
Bosphorus Analytics Hub ensures that all retail performance reporting follows the Market Methodology established by our senior analysts.
User Stewardship
Credentials & Access
Account security is a shared responsibility. You must register using corporate identity matching your organization’s domain. Shared login credentials for retail performance dashboards are strictly prohibited to prevent data leakage.
Permitted Use Cases
Analysis derived from our consumer data sets is for internal strategic planning only. Reselling, sub-licensing, or public dissemination of raw sales analytics data without written Hub authorization will result in immediate termination of access.

Reports generated via our platform are licensed to your organization. Distribution is limited to your legal subsidiaries or parent entities.
Request Export Rights →Constraints & Liability Protections
Bosphorus Analytics Hub provides the tools; you provide the decisions. We are not responsible for commercial losses, missed sales targets, or inventory imbalances resulting from your interpretation of our retail performance dashboards.
Total liability for any claim arising from these terms—including negligence—is limited to the total fees paid by your organization to the Hub in the three months preceding the claim.
Our site may contain references to third-party retail data sources or news outlets. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the accuracy of content hosted on external domains.
Governance of Agreement
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from the use of our sales analytics platform or retail performance consulting shall be resolved exclusively through the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
